2. Exchange Policy

Products purchased from MYW can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions: An exchange request is made within the specified time frame. The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery. The received product is different from the one ordered. The original tags, labels, and packaging are intact. For verification purposes, customers must share images of the product and packaging via email before discarding the parcel. 3. Exchange Procedure

Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness to both parties. If approved, MYW will issue a replacement for the mentioned product or provide a coupon equal to the product’s value, redeemable within 60 days on future purchases. No exchange or dispute will be accepted after the 7-day period.

4. Customer Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for all product selections and purchases made in good faith. MYW will not be held liable for incorrect size, color, or style selections made by the customer.

5. Communication & Privacy

By shopping with MYW, you agree that we may contact you for order updates, promotional offers, or marketing communications (including catalogs, newsletters, and new collection alerts). Your personal information (name, phone number, email, and address) will be used only for order processing and delivery. MYW may share limited information with delivery partners or fraud prevention agencies when necessary.

6. Payment Terms

MYW accepts online payments via Visa and MasterCard (Credit/Debit) in PKR or other agreed currencies. Payment details are securely transmitted to our trusted payment gateway. We ensure that all transactions are processed through encrypted and secure connections to protect your data.
